USPS Ground is our preferred shipping method and is the only option on the checkout order form. However, we still offer the following shipping options based on were your order will be delivered, and what warehouse the item will be shipped from. (Time is after package processes and leaves our plant.)
Note: UPN, UP2, & UP3 are business days,
Saturdays & Sundays are not business days.)

USPS shipments will not have a tracking number.
If you would like shipping other than USPS Ground you have these options.
  1. Place your order, go through check out and include a note as to how you would like your order shipped. We will then let you know the amount for shipping and directions on how to pay the excess amount. Your order will be process after the extra shipping is paid.
  2. You may contact us through email (you will find a link towards the bottom of every sales page, under "Ordering and Payment Options") with your order and preferred shipping method. Include your full name and address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, item numbers with description, quantity of each item.
    (It may be easier for you to place all your items in the shopping cart and copy and past it into the email to us).
    We will send you a sales order and a PayPal request for payment.
Very Important. Our products are housed at different warehouses. Depending on the item you order, will depend on the shipping method use. We will email you if there is going to be a big difference in price, otherwise we will eat the balance difference. Those items will be marked as "ships separately"

You will get a tracking number e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.

Please Note. If your choose USPS for shipping:
    1) Tracking WILL NOT be available for these items. If you use USPS it will be entirely at your own risk and without any tracking.
    2) During the months of March, April, and May you WILL NOT be able to use USPS Global Express. These months are too busy and will cause too many shipping delays.
    3) USPS claims for broken items and missing shipments can take MONTHS to process. If you have a shipment that is lost or damaged while using USPS, we will do everything that we can to expedite the claims on our end to help you out.
    4) To sum it up. If you use USPS as a shipping option you do so entirely at your own risk. We will do everything that we can to ship the product quickly and accurately, we do not however offer any promises or guarantees of any kind if this option is chosen.

Your shipping charges are estimated. We will notify you by email with your actual shipping charges and we will request your acceptance of these charges prior to processing your order.

Payments
Lakota Silverwill show up on your credit card statement for all orders.
We prefer online orders but you may also email us with your order. We will send you an on line request for money through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account but you do need a major credit card.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or personal checking through PayPal.

We charge based on the TOTAL WEIGHT PLUS HANDLING.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number when available. Note: We can not track packages shipped to APO addresses and foreign address shipped through the postal system.
We ship by First Class Mail International, USPS Ground, USPS three day, USPS two day and USPS next day, if you choose to have an item shipped a specific way we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping plus our handling fee on the specific shipment.

Ordering and your address
Please when entering your address:
A. Do not use abbreviated city
B. Do not use periods (.) and number signs (#) these all have to be corrected before they can be shipped.

Product Availability
While we endeavor to keep our online catalog as up to date as possible, product can be made unavailable or discontinued without warning. We will inform you when an item is on backorder or is no longer available when you place an order. We are also constantly getting in new products as we endeavor to provide a large variety pet care merchandise.
